Getting control of expenses means knowing exactly, from one year end to the next, what was spent, who spent it, and why. It means being confident that your expenses policy is being applied as intended.

It means your accounts staff are not continually being asked to find out what has happened to claims. It means not needing to manually check every claim in order to ensure that allocations to subsistence, entertainment and PIE are accurate and being assured that you can safely recover virtually all your VAT without worrying about over-claiming.

Whether you have one business policy throughout your enterprise, or have different rules applying to different sections of it, we can apply your expenses policy selectively, wherever required. How, and for whom you apply them, will continue to be up to you. For the first time, you really will be in control.

For the first time you will know exactly how much expenditure is un-receipted, and why, and who authorised it. You’ll know which expenses were allocated to which project, or cost centre – or both. You will know who entertained who, what it cost and optionally to which client it was allocated. Users will be advised on-screen, at point of entry, clearly what your policy is, and how it is applied.

So whether you need to cap expenses in one business unit, but not in another, or apply different levels and types of allowances in different areas of the business, we can handle it, no matter how large or small your enterprise.
