Once you have activated your card you can view your full transaction history via the website.

Yes, if you find it hard to remember your PIN, you can choose a more memorable one. You can change your PIN at any ATM which displays the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark.
You must inform Customer Services on +44(0)844 257 0367 in order to request a PIN reminder. We will resend your PIN, once you receive it we suggest that you change it at an ATM to a more memorable one; see point 15 for more details. Note, a fee will be charged for this, see Terms and Conditions for details.
Your card is activated for use online at any merchant that accepts the MasterCard cards.
If you gave your mobile number during the application process for the card, then it will be automatically registered to your Scope Card. You will be able to register your mobile number to your card at any time, by logging into the website and navigating to the 'Edit cardholder details' section. If your phone is not registered to your prepaid card you will not be able to use the SMS functionalities available to MasterCard cards (balance, transaction history, lock and unlock)
We advise that whenever you change your mobile number you update this detail in the logged in section of the website, as the SMS functionality will not work with your phone unless it is updated first.
The Scope Card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Your Scope Card is a re-loadable prepaid card that carries a value equivalent to that loaded on to the card. Each time you use your card, the value of the purchase is deducted from the funds available on the card. In no case may transactions be authorised for purchases where the value is greater than the balance available on the card.

No, you will not earn any interest on your balance on your prepaid card. Your prepaid card is not interest bearing.
Your card can be cancelled by your employer contacting the Customer Support Team or by writing to Airmax Scope Ltd, Logic House, 31 Black Moor Road, Ebblake Industrial Estate, Verwood, Dorset, BH31 6BB. Cancellation of your prepaid card may incur a fee: consult the Terms and Conditions for further details.
Scope Services Cards are valid for 24 months. Upon expiration your card will no longer be available for use. Please consult the Terms and Conditions for further information.
If you suspect that your card has been lost or stolen you must report it immediately to us +44(0)844 257 0397. You card will then be cancelled and a replacement card will be sent to you subject to a replacement fee stated in the Terms and Conditions.
