You may only apply for a Card through your Employer. To apply for your Prepaid Card you must be a resident of the UK, legally entitled to work in the UK and be at least 18 years of age. You will need to supply details of your address and passport details in order to complete the application form. Once this has been completed, your application will be processed and once approved, you will receive your card and PIN (in a separate mail) within two weeks.
Once you receive your Scope Card and PIN, you will need to activate it. You can do this by going to the ‘Login’ link from the website and following the simple steps to login and your card will be activated automatically or by calling the Customer Support Call Centre.
Once activated, your Scope Card can be used for point of sale purchases anywhere that MasterCard cards are accepted. It can also be used for card not present (internet or telephone) transactions. Your card cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawals or for cash over the counter at Bank branches.
The Interactive Voice Response is an automated telephone system that you can call. You will be prompted to enter your card number and security code. Once you have this information you can then use the IVR to:
Hear your Scope Card Balance
Hear your Latest Transactions
Transfer to a Customer Services Representative
Simply call +44(0)844 257 0367 and follow the voice instructions.
In order to use the SMS commands, you will first need to have a mobile phone number registered to your Scope Card. Your mobile number can be registered once you have logged in and selected the 'Edit Details' page.
Once this is done, you will be able to use the following commands with your Scope Card by using the commands below and sending your SMS to +44(0)779 780 5218.
You will be charged by your mobile phone provider for the cost of the SMS.

The personal information that is collected on application for a card will be used by us, our card issuer and third parties (on its behalf) to run your card services, process your fund transfers or transactions. We or third parties may also contact you to let you know about services that we believe may be of interest to you. We shall ensure that the appropriate technical and operational security measures are in place to keep the personal data transferred confidential and secure.
